Grand Cross Badge
& Breast Star << 1915 >> The
badge is suspended from the neck on a chain and in
addition from a sash and worn with the Grand Cross Star
on the left breast. 1st Class << 1915 >> This badge is suspended from the neck on a ribbon and in addition a Breast Star which is identical to the badge above but without the crown and with a pin back to be worn on the left breast. The Badge and Star was also awarded with Skulls on the swords and some with diamonds. And som with Skulls & Diamonds. These were mostly awarded to Heads of State and very rare 2nd Class << 1915 >> This badge is slightly smaller and suspended from the neck on a ribbon and worn without the breast star 3rd Class << 1915 >> 1st Grade Pinback This badge is a pinback badge without the crown in white enamel and worn pined on the left breast 3rd Class << 1915-1916 >> 1st Grade Pinback This badge is similar to 3rd Class 1915 above in white enamel but has the dates 1915 on the top arm of the cross, and 1916 on the lower arm of the cross and is also a pinback badge 3rd Class << 1915-1917 >> 1st Grade Pinback This badge is similar to 3rd Class 1915 above in white enamel but has the dates 1915 on the top arm of the cross and 1917on the lower arm of the cross and is also a pinback badge 3rd Class << 1915 >> 2nd Grade This badge is similar to the above but with a crown.
